Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. This policy outlines what happens if you need to cancel.

Cancellations by You

• Cancellations more than 90 days before departure: most payments refundable, less any non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations 60–90 days before departure: partial refund as per journey terms
• Cancellations within 60 days of departure: no refund

Transfers

In many cases your spot may be transferred to another traveler, subject to approval and any difference in pricing.

Changes by Traveling Gems

If we must cancel or materially change a journey, you\u2019ll be offered a refund or transfer where applicable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
